ADOPTABLES

GENERAL RULES

• All artwork on this account belongs to me. Do not reproduce, repost, redistribute, or make use of my art without my permission.
• All adoptables sold are for personal use only, NEVER for commercial purposes.
• You may repost purchased adoptables to your sites as long as you include proper credit to me as the creator of the artwork and/or the designer.
• Always use a watermark when reposting, NEVER repost my adoptables or art without a watermark. 
• Edits to the design to make them more to your tastes are alright, but must be run through me first. In order for the edit to be approved, the character must be at least recognizable as the original design. 
• If a past owner has made an edit you do not like, please edit from the original adoptable file, not from the current edit (unless its a very minor change that will still be recognizable as that adopt)
• YOU MUST CONTACT ME IF YOU TRADE OR RESELL AN ADOPTABLE PURCHASED FROM ME. This is because I want to keep track of my designs so that I can easily tell if someone is claiming to own a character they don't own. 

RESELLS/TRADES/GIFTS

• All adopts can be resold to other party once you have purchased them ONLY for the amount you paid (+extra art that you commissioned ONLY if you have the permission from the artists you've commissioned)
• Trading or swapping is allowed, adopts for adopts, or adopts for artwork/crafts, or any combination (this includes monetary offers as well).
• Gifting/Giveaways are allowed. If an adoptable of mine has been gifted to you, you may NOT resell or trade the adoptable any longer, it may only be regifted.
• Vouchers are allowed ONLY for as much as the adoptable of mine you currently own is worth + commissions, no matter how much you paid for something you traded to obtain it. 

PAYMENT

• PayPal only.
• You MUST pay the transfer fee. This means depending on how expensive the adoptable is, there will be a few extra dollars required to send the money that you must pay. Please be aware of this when purchasing from me
• Do not send as Gift--MUST be sent through Goods and Services (or through an invoice if I use that method)
• MUST select no address needed
• Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchasing the adopt, any longer and the adopt will be placed back up for sale.

REFUNDS

• I do not accept refunds. Please be sure that you want the adoptable(s) and can pay before you purchase from me.
• There may be special cases where refunds will be given, however for the most part they will not.

FORMAT

This format is required:
• Note or PM must have the word "Commission" in the title or first line
• Your Paypal
• Which commission option you would like
• References (Must include images--text-based information is not enough)
• Details (Optional: pose, personality, etc. The more personality and backstory you provide, the better a feel I will have of the character. Letting me create the commission with artistic freedom is also an option~)

REPOSTING

• You may repost purchased commissions to your sites with proper credit to me as the creator of the artwork.
• If credit isn't given, I will ask you to add it or take the picture down if you refuse to. I WILL report if this happens.
• Always use a watermark when reposting, NEVER repost my adoptables or art without a watermark.

CUSTOMS (CLOSED UNLESS A SLOT IS OWNED)

GENERAL RULES

• If a slot is owned, send me a note with the word "Custom" somewhere in the title.
• The amount of information given will determine the quality of the adopt. The better quality of information you give me, the closer the adopt will suit what you are looking for.
• I will create a sketch draft and send it to you after receiving your first note, and the direction of the adopt can be discussed. This process may take a few rounds to achieve what you are looking for. This number may vary depending on how many adjustments must be made.
• The next round must be a smaller change than the one previous to it. I refuse to make drastic changes to a design after it has been refined somewhat. (I will run out of stamina to finish any other way)
• After a custom is finished, it follows the same rules as any other adoptable of mine. Please make sure you are aware of my adoptable T.O.S. before purchasing a custom.
